I founded Dare (Development Advice & Resources) in 2016, combining my expertise with the values of integrity, courage, and ambition to help people and organizations thrive.

My professional journey has been shaped by a commitment to hard work, perseverance, and a deep belief in the power of people. I have had the privilege of working across diverse cultures and industries, delivering human resources and leadership development programs in Asia and the Middle East since 2015. As a lecturer at Link Academy in Bucharest and a sought-after advisor, I combine practical experience with academic knowledge to empower professionals around the world.

At the core of my work lies a dedication to excellence, whether through recruitment, organizational design, coaching, training, mentoring, or management consulting. I am also a mentor for organizations such as the Professional Women’s Network and EMCC, and I am honored to collaborate with PDT Global on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

My work is grounded in strategic foresight, complex problem-solving, and the design of organizational decisions. With over two decades of experience in operational leadership, I focus on how leadership teams navigate uncertainty when work systems are reshaped by technology.

I design and facilitate learning architectures that support decision-making in high-uncertainty environments. These architectures combine foresight, human judgment, and agentic artificial intelligence into coherent ways of working that can be applied across different roles and industries.

As a co-founder of Upvance Global, I operate within a dynamic ecosystem where these strategies are tested, refined, and applied in real organizational contexts. This allows me to bring practical insights—not abstract theory—to every engagement.

My role is to work alongside leadership teams as a strategic partner, supporting the development of decision-ready organizations that are capable of evolving alongside technological changes.

In the profession I have chosen, I have realized how much I enjoy being part of the development and professional growth of the people I work with. I have been able to do this with passion and dedication. I have learned that it is important to always ensure that those I interact with actually need this support, that they want it, and that they are ready to make a change.

One of my roles is also to remain constantly aware of when to continue and when to pause when sharing with others what I know or have experienced. We are certainly different and unique, with our own beliefs and emotions, our own limits, and we live our experiences based on our personal choices.

I have had the opportunity to explore this profession in various positions, ranging from specialist to department director, in companies across diverse industries such as Pharma, Telecom, Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, BPO, Utilities, and Retail.

I am very grateful for everything I have been able to learn from those I have interacted with, and for the fact that my profession allows me to share my experiences with others, thereby contributing to their growth and, in turn, to my own.

I have also had the opportunity to access international certification programs offered by well-known organizations such as Lalonde-Bard, CA Career Architect, Roffey Park, Performance Consultants International, Management Centre Europe, CIPD UK, London Business School, Seneca College, and SHL, in areas very close to my heart: training, leadership skills development, career and vocational counseling, coaching, assessment, change management, and facilitation. These programs have helped me become even better “equipped” for the journey I have chosen.
