Monitor and improve local production to ensure the accomplishment of the day to day production plans, according with the corresponding budget of resources (manpower, supplies), besides of achiving the tragets for the asigned metrics
Acquiring advanced knowledge about functionality of the product / components / processes
Responsible for start up and series production of dedicated products / components on lines / areas
Responsible to ensure updated production documentation in a proper place in the line (work instructions, process parameter, ...)
Optimise day to day production to
- meet daily production schedule (production rates/output per hour /shift)
- meet plant targets (scrap, productivity, efficiency, turn over, quality, safety, etc.)
- meet budgeted variable head count
- reduce over time
- reduce operations supplies like gloves, markers, etc.
Maintain proper 5S / organization of the dedicated production areas
Support corrective and preventive maintenance for dedicated equipment
