Job description

  • Coach the  team members in order to obtain expected work results.
  • In line with department strategy, organize the team in order to meet clients' requirements in an efficient manner.
  • Make estimations and plan the execution of tasks in order to meet due dates. Assign tasks to team members.
  • Organize regular team meetings, ensure proper work package follow-up
  • Ensure quality and in time delivery of results within the agreed framework.
  • Motivate employees on improving the process of their work
  • Responsible for the continual professional development of his/ her team members
  • Closely monitor the integration of new team members. Prepare all required logistics, nominate a mentor for integration, define integration goals and define a detailed integration plan.
  • Perform the yearly and mid year performance assessment of team members. Maintain accurate al required documents: personal history, individual goals, position description and employee dialogue.
  • Maintain an up to date competency (training) matrix and prepare the effectiveness checks
  • Support the company's efforts in developing a company culture focused on business performance, ethics and feedback
